When you think about it, I've really got my work cut out for me in doing this new section justice — there's rather a lot of famous folks from hereabouts. But even more totally amazing unknowns. And some of our old-style Antiquarians are well worth a laugh, but then more than a little thought, too. And yes, it's definitely about time I did a page on our very own Arthurian holy-man, St. Kentigern — how could I not, especially when he's said to have converted Merlin (perhaps), who I also should say more about...?
